Find Your Path to Renewal

Peer Support

Peer support is recovery support rooted in both lived experience and professional training. At Paraclete Recovery, this means more than simply holding space — it means walking beside you with compassion, understanding, and tools that nurture your growth.

My approach weaves together one-on-one recovery support, group circles for connection, and inclusive step work that honors all pathways — whether that’s AA, NA, SMART, Dharma, or your own unique journey. In this way, peer support at Paraclete Recovery is adaptable, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that there are many ways to grow and heal in recovery.

What makes this support different is the integration of holistic practices that create a whole-person approach beyond what free programs often provide. Through mindfulness, journaling, intention-setting, grounding exercises, and creative exploration, sessions become spaces for healing, balance, and transformation — not just maintenance. With flexible availability in the evenings and on weekends, I provide a level of care that is both deeply personal and uniquely accessible.

At Paraclete Recovery, peer support is not a one-size-fits-all service — it is a heart-centered partnership that honors your story, adapts to your needs, and empowers you to move beyond recovery into wholeness and renewal.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching is about having a partner who helps you stay grounded, focused, and moving forward on your journey. At Paraclete Recovery, coaching goes beyond accountability — it’s a space where your goals, challenges, and hopes are honored with compassion and structure. Together, we create practical recovery plans, explore tools for resilience, and celebrate your progress in a way that feels encouraging, holistic, and sustainable.

What makes my approach to recovery coaching different is the way I bring together both professional training and lived experience. Along with the blend of my credentials as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC II) and Certified Recovery Mentor II (CRM II), I provide a level of support that is both deeply personal and uniquely accessible. Sessions are offered in the evenings and on weekends when most programs are closed, giving you the flexibility to access coaching at times that truly work for you.

Recovery coaching at Paraclete Recovery is not about fitting into someone else’s model — it’s about building a path that feels authentic, balanced, and empowering for you. Here, coaching becomes more than guidance; it becomes a partnership in renewal.

Community Connection

Recovery becomes stronger when the barriers in daily life begin to lift. Community Connections is about helping you find and navigate the resources that support your whole journey — from employment and education to housing, medical care, insurance, and social supports.

This is not just about handing you a list of referrals — it’s about walking beside you as we explore the options, make sense of the systems, and create a plan that feels possible and empowering. Together, we identify what’s standing in your way and connect you with practical tools and community resources that open doors instead of closing them.

At Paraclete Recovery, community connection means removing barriers to recovery and replacing them with pathways of support, stability, and growth. It’s about ensuring that you don’t just survive in recovery, but that you have access to the opportunities and foundations needed to truly thrive.
