Billing & Payment Information

At Paraclete Renewal, transparency, trust, and accessibility are the foundation of every service. Your time, energy, and commitment are deeply valued, and I believe that financial exchange should feel both fair and supportive of your personal and spiritual growth.

Session Rates

Individual Peer Support Sessions: $88 (60 minutes)

Recovery Coaching w/ Goal Setting & Planning: $111 (90 minutes)

Groups, Community Circles, & Workshops: $55–$75 per event

Seasons of Renewal: $333—$555 per event

Sliding Scale & Accessibility

Healing should never feel out of reach. Sliding scale options and multi-session packages are available for those dedicated to ongoing transformation who may need financial flexibility. Please reach out directly to discuss accessible rate options — I believe in meeting people where they are.

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo (@ParacleteRenewal), or electronic invoice at the time of booking. Full payment is due prior to each session or event unless alternative arrangements have been discussed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life is fluid, and I understand that plans can shift. Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee to honor the time and preparation reserved for you.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Paraclete Renewal is a private, holistic practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, for clients with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), receipts can be provided upon request for qualifying wellness or coaching services.

Superbills for Peer Support Services are coming soon!
This option will allow individuals receiving eligible peer-based support services to request documentation for potential insurance reimbursement or out-of-network submission. Details will be available once Paraclete Renewal’s peer support program expansion is finalized.

Packages & Membership Options

For those walking an extended journey of healing or empowerment, bundled session packages and seasonal memberships offer reduced rates and priority scheduling. These are ideal for individuals engaged in coaching, energy work, or long-term renewal practices.
