At Paraclete Renewal, I believe renewal is not a single moment but a living journey — one of remembering who you truly are, awakening to your authentic light, and coming home to yourself with courage, clarity, and joy. This is a space for seekers — individuals ready to release what no longer serves them and step fully into their wholeness.
I offer a variety of experiences designed to nurture transformation and empower you on your path. Individual sessions provide personalized support through Sekhem Ancient Healing, Reiki, energy alignment, and intuitive guidance to clear blockages, restore balance, and spark inner clarity.
Our retreats — whether a single day or a weekend immersion in Central Oregon — are deeply restorative journeys. Surrounded by the beauty of rivers, forests, and mountains, you’ll experience practices such as Sekhem Ancient Healing, Reiki, yoga, sound bowls, forest therapy, river walks, and fire ceremonies. Many are held in harmony with seasonal rhythms like solstices and equinoxes, inviting reflection, release, and renewal in sync with nature.
For those drawn to exploration in community, our workshops focus on life purpose, Human Design, spiritual alignment, creativity, holistic nutrition, and the healing arts. Through group sharing, energy circles, and sound journeys, you’ll gain both practical tools and soulful insight to carry into daily life.
I also offer life path coaching and empowerment sessions, available one-on-one or in groups, to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and step forward with confidence. In addition, community healing circles and ceremonies provide sacred spaces for connection, ritual, and shared transformation, reminding us that healing is not a solitary path but a collective journey.
Paraclete Renewal was created for those in recovery seeking post-treatment support, community members desiring balance, professionals longing for stress relief, families nurturing resilience, and spiritual seekers ready to dive deeper into Human Design, Reiki, and holistic practices. Paraclete Renewal was created as a natural extension of my work with Paraclete Recovery LLC, yet it serves a different purpose. While Paraclete Recovery LLC provides licensed, evidence-based counseling and treatment for substance use, Paraclete Renewal is a heart-centered space that moves beyond recovery into renewal, balance, and spiritual growth. Here the focus shifts from treatment to transformation — offering Reiki, Sekhem healing, sound therapy, retreats, workshops, and coaching that nurture the whole self and empower seekers to live with clarity, purpose, and light.
Here, you are not just a participant — you are a seeker stepping into a sacred journey of renewal. Every offering is crafted to honor your whole being — body, mind, and spirit — and to remind you that transformation is not about becoming someone new, but remembering the light that has always lived within you.

In one-on-one sessions, seekers are guided into deeply personal experiences of renewal. Whether through Sekhem Healing, Reiki, crystal frequency work, or life path mentoring, each session is designed with intention and care to awaken energy, release blocks, and bring clarity to the journey ahead. These sessions honor the uniqueness of each seeker, creating a safe and sacred space for transformation at the pace your spirit is ready to embrace.
🌿 WORKSHOPS
Workshops at Paraclete Renewal are shorter, focused gatherings that give seekers the chance to explore specific practices, tools, or themes. Unlike retreats, which are expansive and immersive, workshops are designed to be practical, interactive, and skill-oriented, providing seekers with insight and techniques they can immediately bring into daily life.
Each workshop is 4–6 hours and centers around a theme — from Human Design and life purpose to Reiki practice, creative expression, or holistic nutrition. Through hands-on activities, guided reflection, and community sharing, seekers leave with clarity, inspiration, and accessible tools for renewal.
"Grounding in the High Desert"
An interactive session with breathwork, sound healing, and ritual movement — held in unique natural settings such as lava caves, Tipis, or juniper mesas. Seekers leave with grounding practices they can carry into everyday life.
"Forest Bathing & Sekhem Ceremony"
A guided immersion into mindful walking and sensory awareness in the forest, followed by a short Sekhem energy session and journaling practice. This workshop helps seekers reconnect with nature while learning simple renewal rituals.
"Human Design & Life Purpose Mapping"
A hands-on introduction to Human Design, guiding seekers in exploring their chart and applying it to practical choices, goals, and authentic living.
"Sound Bowl & Energy Healing Circles"
An interactive community workshop combining frequency, resonance, and energy balancing. Participants experience collective sound healing and learn how vibration can be used for grounding and clarity.

We honor the rhythms of the cosmos with sacred ceremonies aligned to celestial events such as the spring and fall equinox, summer and winter solstice, full moons, new moons, and eclipses. These gatherings invite seekers to connect with cosmic energies, align with natural cycles, and set powerful intentions for transformation. Each ceremony blends Sekhem Healing, Reiki, sound bowls, guided ritual, and community reflection, creating a sacred container where participants can release, renew, and awaken in harmony with the universe. These events are designed to be both grounding and expansive — anchoring the body in presence while opening the spirit to infinite possibility. Unlike workshops, which are shorter and skill-focused, retreats are day-long or weekend immersions that include nourishing meals, guided rituals, and time for reflection and integration. Surrounded by the grounding beauty of Central Oregon, seekers are held in an environment that allows them to release, restore, and return home lighter, clearer, and aligned with their highest truth.
"Nature Reset"
A full-day immersion in forested river areas blending yoga, guided breathwork, ecstatic dance, journaling, and community connection. Nourishing meals and ceremonial wildcrafted tea are included, supporting both body and spirit as seekers reset the nervous system and awaken to balance.
“Riverside Renewal at Cline Falls”
Held beside the flowing waters of Cline Falls, this retreat combines sound bowl resonance, water meditation, and sacred ritual with the restorative power of nature. Shared meals create time for reflection and connection, while the river’s current mirrors the renewal flowing through each seeker.
“Sacred Stone Awakening at Smith Rock”
Beneath the towering cliffs of Smith Rock, seekers gather for ceremonies, movement, and Sekhem practices designed to awaken strength and alignment. Meals and group sharing circles anchor the experience, making space for deep empowerment and spiritual connection in one of Central Oregon’s most awe-inspiring landscapes.
“Retreat Immersions at Wild Juniper Sanctuary”
Nestled on five acres near Terrebonne, this retreat combines meditative forest walks, sound and energy healing, and nourishing meals. Here, seekers find the perfect balance of rest, reflection, and ceremony in a sanctuary designed for holistic renewal.
ABOUT ME
I’m Christina , founder of Paraclete Renewal and Paraclete Recovery, LLC. My life’s work is devoted to walking beside others on their journeys of healing and transformation. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that true renewal honors both science and spirit — the precision of evidence-based clinical care and the sacred wisdom of ancient holistic practices.
Through Paraclete Recovery, LLC, I serve as a CADC II Substance Use Counselor, offering licensed, outpatient treatment that integrates clinical excellence with whole-person care. This work provides a strong foundation for recovery — one that meets people with compassion, dignity, and respect while helping them reclaim stability and strength.
Yet healing does not end with recovery. This truth inspired me to create Paraclete Renewal — a heart-centered space for seekers who feel called to go deeper, to awaken spiritually, to embrace creativity, and to experience transformation beyond the limits of traditional care. Paraclete Renewal is for those who are ready not only to heal, but to grow, expand, and embody their fullest light.
As a Sekhem Healer, Reiki Practitioner, and Intuitive Healer, I guide seekers through practices that awaken energy, clear blockages, and restore balance. My offerings include Sekhem Egyptian Healing, Reiki and chakra balancing, crystal and sound therapy, life path mentoring, spiritual coaching, and transformational workshops and retreats. It provides evidence-based counseling, treatment planning, and holistic supports in compliance with state standards, HIPAA, and insurance requirements. Services at Paraclete Recovery may be covered by insurance when eligibility criteria are met.
Paraclete Renewal, on the other hand, is not a medical or clinical program. It offers spiritual and holistic services — including Sekhem Healing, Reiki, crystal and sound therapies, workshops, retreats, and coaching. These experiences are designed for seekers pursuing spiritual growth, renewal, and empowerment, and are not treatment for substance use disorders or mental health diagnoses.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to support relaxation, emotional release, and balance. It is gentle, harmonizing, and restorative, often used to soothe stress, calm the nervous system, and realign the body’s natural rhythms. Reiki is beautiful for bringing peace, grounding, and gentle healing.
Sekhem is an ancient Egyptian healing system that works with a higher vibration of spiritual energy known as Sekhem, meaning “power” or “might.” Sekhem is often described as deeper and more expansive than Reiki — not only harmonizing energy, but also awakening higher states of consciousness, spiritual empowerment, and transformation. Where Reiki gently restores, Sekhem opens portals to awakening, activating the seeker’s inner light, and connecting them with the eternal cycles of life and spirit.
In short:
